Elavure is operated by Laxium LLC. We ship eligible orders to the countries and regions available at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown before payment and must match the shipping service shown in checkout.

We do not add hidden handling fees at checkout. If a lower promotional shipping rate is shown at checkout, the lower checkout rate applies.
If a country is not listed above, the available shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment. We only advertise products in Google Merchant Center for countries where shipping, currency, checkout, and returns are configured consistently.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us at info@elavure.com within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
