Refund Policy

Elavure is operated by Laxium LLC. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@elavure.com so we can help with a return, exchange, replacement, or refund where eligible.

Return window

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of package delivery.

Return condition

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains or odors, with tags attached where applicable, and in their original packaging when reasonably possible. Items that are damaged by the customer, worn, washed, altered, or returned outside the return window may be refused or partially refunded.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email info@elavure.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before mailing anything back.

The correct return address will be provided in the return authorization email based on your order and location. Please do not send returns to the business mailing address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Return shipping

For standard buyer's-remorse returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing due to our error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. When approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution without charging a standard return fee.

Restocking fees

Restocking fees apply to standard returns:

  • Standard orders: $10 restocking fee.
  • Orders over $100: 10% restocking fee.

Restocking fees may be waived if you choose store credit. Restocking fees do not apply when the return is approved because of a defective item, wrong item, missing item, or another confirmed Elavure fulfillment error.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at info@elavure.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Wrong address, refused delivery, and unclaimed packages

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, contact us as soon as possible. Refund or replacement eligibility depends on the carrier status, return condition, and whether the issue was caused by an address or delivery refusal outside our control.
